Commercial & Refund Policy

1. B2B Nature of Contracts

Velvet Harbor View provides specialized consulting services and proprietary data access exclusively to corporate entities (B2B). Therefore, the standard 7-day right of regret established by the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (CDC) for B2C transactions does not strictly apply, as our relationship is governed by commercial contracts.

2. Consulting Retainers & Projects

Payments for structural audits, consulting hours, and project implementations are non-refundable once the service has commenced or the proprietary documentation has been delivered. Cancellations prior to commencement are subject to the terms outlined in the specific Service Level Agreement (SLA) signed by both parties.

3. Educational Materials & Digital Access

Access fees for our executive education center or supplier database are final. Given the immediate transfer of proprietary intellectual property and verifiable supplier data upon access, we do not issue refunds for these digital assets.

4. Dispute Resolution

We are committed to the highest level of professional service. Should you feel a consulting deliverable did not meet the agreed-upon scope defined in your contract, please contact your Lead Consultant directly to initiate a review and realignment process.
